How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, with free standard shipping available on orders over $150.

What is your return and exchange policy?

ADASA accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. Since fit can vary between designers, we recommend checking the 'Size & Fit' tab on the specific item you are interested in or contacting our stylists for advice.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible customers.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

Are the colors of the clothes accurate to the photos?

We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor calibrations and lighting, slight variations in color may occur between the screen image and the actual garment.
