At ADASA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ADASA account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing polymailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of delivery.
